A Letter from Renu . . .

Dear  Alina, Dear Tara didi,
millian of namaskar,

It is so very good to have received your email. Thank you very much for raising money for the school roof. We highly appriciate it.

I mentioned to Tara didi that there were two different school houses. One was in the Terai and the other was close to kathmandu. If we could raise enough money we could help 10 schools which are in a condition the same as these . If we bought the roof materials, the other costs would likely be covered by the local people.

I will send information on both schools which I talked to Tara didi about before.  And the rough cost?  What will it cost to buy the roof material for the village school?

Enclosed is a picture, but the quality of the picture is not the best. This is the picture of the village in Morang District, There are around 450 students who are studying here - all from the poor community. The school roof was destroyed by the wind.

Renu
