Most of the applications you will need for immigration services outside Canada are available on the web at the Immigration Canada site. If you wish to apply to live, work, study, or sponsor family or refugees in the province of Quebec, you should contact the Ministère de l’Immigration et des Communautés culturelles or the Quebec Temporary Worker web site in English.
